Yay! It's Friday

oh, to have a weekend, what fun! Saturday I am running a 5K (my first) with my hubby and my son - technically I'll be more running/walking and maybe in spring I'll finish my first 5K as a middle aged and soft in the middle woman :-)
Sunday is predicted to be cold where I am. So, after a quick jaunt to the dog park with the pups in the morning, I am going to officially declare the rest of the day quilting time.
I have got to get going on my Judy Neimeyer project for the class I am taking and I also want to make a few little things for christmas and I also want to get working on the bumble bee quilt I have in mind and purchased fabric for and....oh gosh, not sure I'll have enough time for all the things I'll want to do!
Have a wonderful weekend everyone, wishing you happy quilting!!

Yay. I'm retired and everyday is Friday or a weekend or a holiday. Now, if I just had all that free time that people think retired folks have, I would be able to get a lot done. I don't know where the times goes, but I know that I am busy all the time, and not necessarily doing what I want to do.
