    I know one thing I couldn't eat is the supreme pizza. I don't like green peppers on pizza, so it maybe will be sausage, pepperoni, black olives and mushrooms with extra cheese. I wonder if this diet allows for that? Is there an exchange list?

    Love the diet and that's what I've been doing, but for some reason, I am not losing weight......Dr will NOT be happy!!!!!!
