Congrats on the trip. What an exciting time for you. Iwo Jima is not to be missed. I was taken aback by the SIZE of it.... it took my breath away. Definitely see Arlington and the Kennedy graves, etc.
Although I haven't been there, I understand that G Street Fabrics is not to be missed. Here's a link:

I HAVE been to Lancaster and the surrounding area .... Zook's, Burkholders, Weaver's ... they are all worth the trip. Here's a list:

What fun for you. I've been twice so far. DS is stationed at the Pentagon for the 2nd time. Hope to go back in the spring, back to WWII memorial, and Smithsonian. I could spend a month there and still not see it all.
