We should tattoo that on the brains of our kids and grand kids. They do not seem to believe, or THINK that potential, or present employers ever go to these spaces and see what has been posted. Things stay there and are shared with others, so one comment you make about that boss WILL get back to him/her sooner or later. And most likely just before you are being considered for a raise or promotion!!! You might wind up at home, wondering just why you were considered "redundant" when you were happy in your job.

I have googled my name and find lots of stuff. Which I would hope for as I have a company and am involved in a bunch of "stuff".

Sometimes we have to "find" people in the legal area and I have 2 pages of sites I can check. It's kind of hard to hide anymore.

Our number comes up with nothing. Mainly because we don't use Facebook, Twitter or any other social media like that.
Googling our names brings up very little and most of that is very outdated and untrue.

We keep our life private, so it stays that way.

Personally I like living under the radar.
