Default You Get What You Pay For - The Best Things in Life are Free

Two expressions I've heard often - they don't seem to match up very well, do they?

Match up quite well to me---if you buy a $500 TV it will be much better than a $100 TV BUT==it will never compare to the love of your family (free) the hug of a child (free) the purring of a cat (free) . Guess it's how you look at it

I have found that most adages have an opposite. Guess it depends if the glass is half full or half empty.

Love is the best thing in life and it can't be bought; it must always be given.
