Yes we are planning a big garden if it stops raining enough so I can get the ground worked up.

I bought some pansies today...they can handle the cold...
I also bought 2 hanging baskets of petunias, but they may be in the house overnight.

Tomatoes from the garden, Yummm! I have seedlings, on my window sill. We had frost last night, so I'm not planting anything out yet.

Yes...I am determined that after 2 really dry seasons I will persevere and grow some more veges and herbs (flowers too). I have already planted some dwarf broccoli and will be buying some lettuce seedlings today and planting my Dutch Iris bulbs. Prepping beds for a September planting of tomatoes, capsicum, chillies and sunflowers.

    Tomato & pepper started
    A few herbs started
Hubby just came home with lettuce, gourd and canteloupe seed

We need to replace a panel in the greenhouse though as we lost one (only one is a miracle) during "snowmageddon".

As for flowers ... we don't get any new flowers until July when we go to the big horticulture show and bring home tons of free stuff.

Yeah, most things have been planted. I plant the flowers and he plants the garden. Works for me.

I have planted yellow and red tomatoes and they have already started setting blossoms! Also Green peppers, green beans, and will get some cucumbers out this week.
All of my flowers are planted, but I only do gardening in pots, because I have a small yard and 2 very large galloping and energetic dogs! I have taught them to leave the plants alone but haven't had much luck with teaching them not to dig.
