Hang in there. We are praying for you here in NC. My husband is a state employee in NC. Needless to say, we are watching WI with much interest. We certainly hope and pray that things will turn and start to go better for you very soon.

I love NH but love my state of mind better. I'm a Yankee, to the core. It comes with me, wherever I go.

Proud to be from Tennessee and even prouder of being born and raised in Nashville. It's changed alot from the first 20 years of my life there - more crime, dirtier than I remember, but it's still home to me. We were so very happy to move back to TN in Sept '09, even if west TN was new to us, at least it was our home state. Spending the 5 yrs prior in Colorado wouldn't have been so bad if I hadn't married the devil. lol Glad I can laugh about that now, wasn't so much fun then. And the 20 years spent in South Carolina, where even after all that time I still hadn't gotten used to the heat, were better left behind with husband #1. Now just me and my son, reunited in 2008 after 32 years apart, living in my dream house - an old Victorian, sewing, quilting, baking and remodeling and loving it! Man, it's good to be back home!

I grew up in MD and when I moved to TX I was surprised, pleasantly, by the amount of pride Texans take in their state. I have to say, I can't imagine living anywhere else now :)
