I just found this recipe for Baklava Bars and can't wait to make it. The reviews are great.

I usually make my grandmother's Swedish Spritz cookies and Mexican Wedding cookies (aka Russian tea cakes) I make a cranberry / white chocolate cookie that's been requested a lot.
My girls like to make Forgotten (meringue) Cookies and always, Snickerdoodles. We usually try a new recipe or 2 each year too

Green tree spritz cookies, choco chip, date nut pinwheels, date balls, sandtarts, cherry spritz jewels, cheesecake brownie bars, fruitcake cookies, oatmeal raisin and something I can't figure out which one I am missing! We have 2 big dinners here - one the 18th for aunts, uncles and cousins (about 25 people); and then are kids and their families on Christmas Day (9 people). We eat a lot of cookies and I make up cookie boxes for the aunts and uncles who don't bake and love my cookies! I don't make fudge or other candy because I have nieces that do make it and they give it to me!
