Your Favorite Olympic Sport?

Of course, my favourite is the dressage and I doubt that any of the stations are showing it. I had to buy a subscription to FEI (Federation Equestrian International) TV so I could see this sort of thing.
There's talk this year of not including the equestrian disciplines anymore in the Olympics because they don't draw big spectator numbers for the TV stations, but heck...they don't show them! How are they supposed to know whether we'd watch or not?

I, too thought there were too many wedgies with the girl gymnasts outfits. Announcer said each one cost $1200.00. Since Alaska has a lady on the women's rugby team, my daughter and I tuned in to watch. What a scrappy bunch! Don't know most of the rules, but it was very fast paced and fun to watch.

Here's an article I just found about financial awards made by individual federations to their sport's winners: http://www.totalsportek.com/news/oly...l-prize-money/
