Well if you do get to "the 'zoo" give me a holler and we can check out the shops here. I'm a regular at all of them. What kind of work do you do? I'm a retired RN, was on the road a lot when I was a visiting nurse. Not as far as Bay City tho'!

I agree about this site and getting hooked so quickly. I too head right for it when I turn my computer on. I also have a pad of paper and pencil nearby to take notes. So many great quilters, so willing to help and share and teach. Yesterday our power was out for 2 hrs. no computer or sewing machine, bummer!! welcome and have a great day and may the quilts you make keep you warm.
