embroider (machine and hand) knitter, spinner, quilter, sewer, weaver and jack of all trades. I am a new grandmother of a beautiful baby boy.

I am current unemployed for the last year after 42 years of working...at least now I have time to enjoy my hobbies.

Hello, and welcome from a fellow Michigander! Glad you joined us!! I don't know about you, but I'm sure glad the snow wasn't any worse than it was this past weekend!! Although, I did get a snow day out of it today!!! :D :thumbup:

I'm glad it wasn't any worse. My husband has a bad back so I was out for two hours with the snow blower. Wasn't up to getting the big tractor yet so ran up and down the driveway with the van to pack down the snow.
