Anyone from British Columbia, Canada
Hi, I'm from New Westminster , BC. Married, one kitty, no kids. Work as auxiliary on call at a college. Love to paint in acrylics. Used to sew some of my own clothes. Never quilted a thing. Did sew a couple of blocks long ago from Diane Leone's book " The Sampler Quilt. I think the block was called Patience's Corner. Never quilted it. Would like to actually quilt something. I am going back to Leone's book as it was and still is, excellent in my humble opinion. Excited to try again.

You will learn many things from the talented quilters on this site. I, too, used to make my clothes, but when boys came along, I didn't sew for them. I didn't have any girls. And welcome from the beautiful mountains of western NC.

Hi,
I live in Duncan on Vancouver Island. I share my home with an adult son, three cats and two dogs.
Are you going to go to Quilt Canada next year? It is in Vancouver.
I am volunteering as well I bought myself a ticket to go see Tom Jones while I am there.
