Quilting is my passion, and I am CRAZY addicted to Batiks.
Having tons of batik scraps, I would love to participate in a block exchange.
I just finished my first batik quilt! I have completely fallen in love with these too. I would be interested in a swap too if you find one...or start one, lol!!!

BTW, welcome from another newbie.

I'm using a batik that is mostly gray with a little bit of green in it. I wanted it to look like lead with a patina to it, kind of like a real "window".

I've already found a 6" block drawing - different theme each month, with April being batiks. Check it out under 'quilting bee' under the swap category on the home page. I'm afraid I'm not savvy enuf on this board yet to start a swap. But maybe someday....
Welcome to you, too. This really is FUN!

I absolutely love batiks, too! I've been "collecting" them for awhile, just haven't found the right pattern to use yet. Welcome from another "newbie!"
