I didn't realize until now that I was supposed to introduce myself a little bit.
I was looking for more fabric wanted sites when I found this one.
And THEN I found the word association game. Which I really enjoy.
Most of the time I can follow the connections - sometimes they totally escape me.
I think I have to say I am more of a fabric acquirer than quilter. But I have TONS (almost literally) of potential and lots of ideas.
Been married to the same guy for 48 years (he says its more like 148 years), we have four children, and seven grandchildren.
I have two cats (notice the I, not we, there?) Spent more money at the vet's on their care than we did on our own health.
We are in comparatively good health and our family is slightly dysfunctional.
If I could have my druthers, I would be a full-time student - I do better in a classroom environment than on my own.
I'm pretty much a self-taught quilter. I do simple very well.
I've learned a lot from various posts and I'm glad to have found this site.

Hello Bearis
Welcome from Nottingham, UK - think we briefly met up yesterday evening in chat. Pleased you found us.
I would have loved to have lived on a farm - being outside is what I enjoy most.
