I'm a senior person of age with a fantastic love of family, including 2 fur babies. I started quilting some years ago and then had a serious set back. But I have been able to get back to it again. I am, what I call, an advanced beginner & almost, sorta intermediate quilter. Due to having brain surgery with recideral damage I may ask for a bit more help with words or ask for help in understanding some thing I want to try. I like the idea of a "message board" as I can receive information and request information without having to climb through hoops. And that would not be a pretty sight. I love fabrics. I love to just play with, work with it and sometimes, lol, even quilt with it.
Really look forward to enjoying reading the board and enjoying the conversatons.

thanks Suzi,
I already had my three wheeled walker totally tricked out and running hot, thanks to my sweet baby boy..all 6' 2" of him. Now my daughter, she's beautiful, all 5"7 of her and my daughter in law, 5'8" are making sure that my 5'2 is in leathers with a pink helmet to safety. When I do slide into those golden doors, The Great Man is going to be smiling cause He won $2.00 I beat the time frame. Thank you all.

And I am gleefully hoping to soak every new thing I can. My Berninia 630 is going with me when I leave this earth along with a second plot to take my fabric, It will still be a huge stash and would take several life times to get through.
