I treated myself to a new large cutting board - laid it carefully on the back set of my car. I made one 20 min. stop and headed home. When I arrived and took the board out of the car, it had already warped. It was a hot day, but I didn't think it would warp in that short a time. HELP!

That's disappointing. I seem to recall a friend of mine having something similar happen, she layed it in the sun on her picnic table and it seemed to fix itself.

If you don't want to try that, check their website, they may have solutions there.

    Good luck

Thanks. I have tried putting it in the sun, covered with plywood, and weighted down. It helped slightly, but still pretty wavy. Maybe I'll try that some more.

What store did you buy it at? You might be able to return it.

I did the same thing with my medium size cutting mat that I was taking with me on a weekend trip to the beach. It warped in the car from the sun & molded to the shape of whatever was under it. I still use it but I could never get it to be completely flat again. I tried ironing it a little & that helped a little. I thought about putting it on something very flat & out in the sun again but never got around to it. Let me know if you ever figure out how to get it completely flat again!

I keep my big one in between the mattress and box spring. It may not work 100%, but should help.
