    Just curious.

I'm not a real quilter and probably never will be. I'm perfectly happy hand-tying the sandwich instead of sending it out to a long-arm quilter for a few hundred bucks. My points don't match. My color selections are questionable. :) Since they're made to be used instead of hung on a wall, I'm happy with that.

I've finished a baby quilt and a t-shirt memorial quilt. I'm currently working on a full-sized simple 4" square block quilt and a wall hanging for my nephew.

I've lurked for ages and decided it was time to create an account...so hello there.

Welcome and Hafa Adai from Guam!
I used to tie ALL my quilts until I got "froggy" one day and decided I needed to learn how to machine quilt.
Nothing wrong with them being tied.

Welcome! One of the great things about quilting is the freedom to do whatever works for YOU!

Welcome! I thought you'd have a link to a You Tube video of the quilt police getting backhanded! LOL! Just kidding! I've never met any quilt police. They'd have a hey day with me.

Glad to have you aboard. We love pictures! Show us your creations. :D

I had a member of the quilt police tell me once "It's not a quilt if you tie it. It's a comforter." I say if I made it, I'll call it what I want! In the same vein, my church group makes quilts for charity and we tie all of them - we call ourselves Immanuel's Comforters so I guess somebody listened to the QP!
