    Hello,
    I am going to take my first machine quilting class starting Monday, August 8th. I am washing my fabric as I write this. I soaked my fabric in white vinegar and water overnite. Does that work pretty well? I am looking forward to becoming an avid quilter.

    Hi! Welcome and waving from Arkansas! We're happy to have you join the fun. I just throw my fabric in the washer without soaking and haven't had any problems.
