Hi there! Welcome from Michigan. My daughter lives in Madison Al right by the catholic church off Hughes. (I think thats the road. They just moved from Huntsville on Old Madison Pike. It is very nice down there.Where are the quilt stores down there? I found the scrapbook store, antique stores but couldnt find the quilt store> Help!! You will really like this board. Welcome.

Welcome Glenn, glad you found the forum. There are quite a few gentlemen quilters on this forum so you are in good company. Everyone is here is very nice and very helpful. I learn something new everytime I come on.

Hi Glenn: Glad you joined us. As others have said, we love pictures so please remember to post some of your work. Again, thanks for your service to our country. My husband was in the Navy during Vietnam. He was aniti-warfare techy on the carriers. Last one was the USS Essex, squadron VS 34 or VS36...so many years ago, I don't remember. Welcome and enjoy learning and I know you'll be teaching all of us, too.
