Hello Plain Pat from SE Ohio! Used to come through Ohio all the time to deliver goods. Yes you do get SNOW! LOLLL We are having about 3-4 inches and expecting more snow/freezing rain today!!! We have lived here since 2003, but never here for any length of time to see "Just" what the weather does do. Now we know. :-) Stay warm, Brenda Love your photo!

Hello Borntohandquilt from Germany! Thank you for your welcome. My Dad was in the Army and we were in Germany in Pirmasens area back in 1957. I loved it. Was only about 11 yr. old then, but it was still beautiful and the people were too. Thanks again. Brenda

Welcome to the quilting board from Jonesborough, TN!
You have found the place where you should be able to find answers to all your quilting questions.
If you ever get to the WM in JC look me up - I work in the fabric department. We don't have as much fabric as Elizabethton store, but we are currently receiving all kinds of new fabrics!

Hello kpwinter; Glad to hear from you. We live in Elizabethton Tn., about 80 miles or so from Knowville. Just about 30 miles from NC line. :-) Are you snowed in too up there? Supposed to get freezing rain in a bit, so stay warm and keep quilting. Brenda :-)

Thank you Ms Phyllis; or should I say "Quiltinggrannie". I have been to the WM in Jc and my daughter who lives in Elk Park NC comes down there frequently and shops for material. We love it. Will look you up next time we are over that way. I live in the county in Elizabethton, and only recently got re-interested in quilting. So "Beginner" is me. I have a LOT to learn. Brenda
