Happy to hear from someone in Maine! We had lobsters today, my son bought lobsters for Mother's Day and there was a couple of very large ones included. Yummy, although I like the little ones better.

Have you been quilting long? I am just starting.

Welcome from Idaho! My grandparents used to have a home in Lincolnville Beach and I have a high school friend in Coopers Mills. I LOVE Maine - and the lobster and fried clams......drooling!

Peggy--There are a lot of us from Maine here on the Quilting Board. I have been quilting for over 15 years and sewing since I was 12 (now that's a long time, LOL). Within the past year I have worked on some special projects...mosher92 and I made 13 I Spy quilts that we donated to Angels and Elves (we hope to do more this year) to make a child's Christmas a little happier. I am now working on a Breast Cancer Awareness Quilt that will be raffled off during the Making Strides Against Breat Cancer Walk in October. Happy Quilting!

You are stirring up childhood memories! We used to go to Moosehead Lake when I was a kid.
