In just over a week I will be heading out on a road trip south to northern California and will pass through pretty much all of your towns - they're all familiar names to me. (isn't Cashmere where the Aplets & Cotlets come from?) We will be drivining home along the coast highway right around the west to Port Angeles. Would love to meet people along the way although I know that it can be difficult to fit a visit into a travel schedule. But, I will be thinking of you as we drive through.

If anyone has a "must see", please send it along, especially if it would interest me - a quilter, or my granddaughter - an 11-year old. DH can be content to chauffeur! :-)

Yummy!!!! Aplets & Cotlets!!! YUMMMY!!!! Now I have to stop at the drug store and buy some on the way home from work tonight.

I was away for the weekend. Went to a blackpowder shoot. Anyway, no internet service there. Am home now and busy with the day to day stuff.

I finally received my orders from the Sewing and Stichery Expo. I ordered the Kaye Wood Noah's Ark embroidery designs and quilt pattern. My daughter isn't pregnant yet but want to get started on a quilt for my first grandchild since it will take some time to get it done.

Work sure gets in the way of all the things I want to do!!!!

Hi! I went to that Sewing & Stitch Expo several years ago with two quilting buddies. Geez, my friend, Marge, who is older than me just about walked my legs off. Talk about wishing to win the Lottery and then go on a fabric buying spree. Just wish, wish, wish. We visit the Expo for two days in a row and went to several of the workshops. Just so neat and lots of new stuff to learn. I hope to go again one of these years.
