Welcome from the CA desert. We have 6 kids living in the Tacoma/Puyallup area. We moved to the desert when DH retired and visit Tacoma most every year. Glad to have you with us on the board.

Hello and welcome from across the Tacoma Narrows. You will find so many helpful things on this board. Plus I am a longarm quilter so if there is anything I can do to help just let me know. I have been running a longarm special this month so if you want to look at it I will honor it for a week for you. Or if you are interested in renting time on my longarm that is always an option. Hello from Illinois. I've been to your beautiful city but it's been a long time. Do you still have all the murals on the sides of the bldgs? They were so realistic and gorgeous.

Candlequiter - lThanks for the welcome and woo hoo! a long arm quilter... I do not have any quilts ready to be sent out at this time.. the one that I am going to quilt on my Pfaff tiptronic 1171 is what I call a "Hidden 9-Patch" and I will be able to quilt in the ditch.. I am working on a monkey wrench right now, and I may send it out to be quilted when done.. I told my Mom about you, as she is the one who introduced me to quilting (and my first stitching love, counted cross srtitch) and she has more than one quilt waiting to be quilted.. she will be signing up on the quilting board I am thinking..
