Hi there - greetings from the Yorkshire Dales, here in the UK.

Love the site and am hoping to learn/gain inspiration from members. Started quilting again recently as my daughter asked for a quilt for her 16th birthday - who am I to refuse!

Hello and welcome from the north eastern United States.

Pinwheel is my favorite block and your quilt looks like pinwheels to me. It's in my favorite colors too. Very nice quilt! :)

Hi quilterx7 - thank you for your lovely comments. Yes, its a sort of modified pinwheel - my daughter wanted diamonds (well, what girl dosen't). I am afraid this was the closest we could get!
