Welcome. We'll look forward to seeing your work. Not of us are computer whizs, either. : )

Welcome from N. Central Tx. Love the hill country and Texas in general. I also have quilted from a frame that hung from the ceiling. You and I are the same age, so we both have seen a lot of changes since we first quilted. The rotery cutter is I think the best advance I have seen. And I also love to hand quilt.
You will love this board as there is so much diversity here and great quilters.

Thanks for the welcome - I've had so many nice welcomes, I'm sure I found the right sight for an interest in quilting. I AGREE 100%, the rotary cutter is wonderful.

    Have a blessed day -

    Welcome from NC.
Is your dgtr also a quilter? Only recently has one of my grand dgtrs shown an interest in learning, so when she gets back in town, I'll be anxious to try to help her some. My son & dgtr-in-law live in CP.

    Have a blessed evening.

Thanks so much - this seems a REALLY friendly site & happy I found it. Just hope I can find my quilt pic album in boxes still packed to be able to post a few. When those quilts were made (& most given away) was before I even knew how to turn a computer on.

    Have a blessed evening
