Welcome to the Board. You've come to the right place for motivation, guidance, insiration and friendship.
If any of you Coloradoans are anywhere near Colorado Springs or Woodland Park or in that general area, there is a group of us QB members that will be getting together (first time) to meet on July 16 in Woodland Park. All are welcome. I'm not from CO but will there visiting my daughter. It'll be so much fun meeting others from this Board. There is a post in the "Offline Events, Announcements, Discussions" forum: http://www.quiltingboard.com/t-50439-1.htm
Join us if you can.

This is the PLACE. Of course your home may take the back seat for a while, mine did. I love this place, the quilters are so helpful (even learning from others questions), humorous, and heart-felt. You have picked the PLACE to be. Welcome from Colorado (I lived there for many many years and I am now in New York near Chautauqua and I still miss Colorado, beautiful there. Good thoughts to you and happy quilting.

Yes, Connie, I too miss Colorado a great deal. Grew up there and when I got married we moved a couple states away. Here is a link for you to check out beautiful God's country.

Welcome and it will be fun getting to know you (and everyone else).
