Thank you for the warm welcome. My brother was in the U.S. Army and stationed in Germany (quite a few years ago) but when he came home, he wowed us with tales of how beautiful Germany was. Would love to see it some day. Happy quilting.

Good morning. Don't know if I got a chance yesterday to tell you how gorgeous your quilt is -- but IT IS!! Maybe after I get a few years of quilting experience, I can turn out something wonderful too.

Hey California: That photo is gorgeous. If that was the scene outside the window of my sewing area, I think I would just sit and enjoy the majesty of it all. Right now we are having really cold temperatures, sky gray. However, I'm going to layer on the clothes and head for the library today and find a warm corner and a stack of quilting books and plug in my headphones and just enjoy myself.

Hello, from Hurst, TX....Howdy neighbor. We have lots of quilt shops in our neck of the woods and Joann's and Hancock's. Richland Sewing Center even carries a lot of fabric.....Maybe I'll see you around.
