I am a first timer here and actually a first timer in a blog/board. I am from So Cal and new to quilting (one year). To be honest i should have been warned about how addective this is going to be...lol.
I have done a lot of crafts in the first since i was a little girl (knitting, crochet, fabric painting, cross stitchig) but quilting???? God knows this is different. It feels like i have a mission in my life now to read every book and get every magazine (what is wrong with me?????).
Enough about my addiction. I love this site and all of you already and hope to share my experience and benefit from all of your knowledge.

Welcome to the board from Virginia! Try not to get as addicted to this board as you are to your new hobby-LOL! Some days it's tough to get any quilting done - so many new posts to look at!
