Hello from Georgia!

So glad I found this site. A friend referred it to me this morning at a Grand Reopening of the local quilt shop. Right now it is so hot in Georgia that catching up on sewing/quilting projects makes it easy to stay inside!

Welcome, from California. I live in Bakersfield, CA and tomorrow the forecast is for 108*. Yep, I stay inside as much as possible and sewing is my go to activity! Love this board. Have fun and stay cool.
