Another welcome from Ontario. We have a group here that meets once a week, everyone works on their own thing & help each other out. Only drawback is the gossip does sometimes get out of hand. Hove fun & enjoy & make sure all of you if able use the board as there are remarkable people here that always love to help

    Hi Jodie,
Wish I were a bit closer, I would come and join you all. It would be a bit of a drive though. Have thought about doing this but haven't had the nerve yet. Still thinking about it tho. Aunt B

Our group meets at our church but all everyone is welcome. We have no officers, no dues, no attendance is taken. Some quilt, some knit, do counted cross stich, crochet or Just visit. We meet from 9:30am to 4:00pm, usually the 3rd Saturday of the month. We can stay as long as we want or leave early. I"d say we are a very informal group. We've been meeting for almost 20 years. Lunch is either soup or salad with each person brings a cup of what ever to contibute to the main dish and something to complement the soup or salad. We always have plenty with leftovers. There is one person who emails a monthly reminder of what the lunch will be.
