Welcome Kelly. It is always wonderful to know there are folks like you beginning their quilting journey. It could lead you in so many directions and you have so many options to explore -- traditional, modern, art, decor, the list goes on and on. I hope you enjoy the process of the journey.
There are many people on this board that will answer any question. As you go through the journey, remember, there are no stupid questions, and also remember to enjoy the process even with things are going wrong (for myself, a glass of wine now and then when things are really going wrong, doesn't hurt either).
Welcome and have fun.
