Welcome Elaine! I was out in Lancaster over the summer, I noticed that fabric was much cheaper out there. With all the talk about the price of cotton going up has there been a price increase in you local shops? When I was there fabrics were about $3 cheaper than here in Indiana. We plan on going back this summer I might need to take some extra money if they are still cheaper.
