Hi Maine Madam, I'm also from Maine, 6 grandchildren. Like I said, I need another day in the week for my hobby, or is that habit????? Nice to hear from another Mainer although I'll never be considered a real Mainer because I was born in shhhhhhh (Mass). Stay warm

Hi " Memere 9" and Welcome again,

This web site is "never ending" information---it can become addicting. Have you done any of the swaps yet? I just retired in June and am finally getting some long awaited quilting projects finished. I am currently in the monthly block swap and in the Batik #2 swap. The monthly block swap is a good place to begin---lots of talent and a friendly group and lots of FUN. Mainewoods Mammie
