I am in Texarkana. For anyone not familiar with Texarkana, part of the city is in Texas and part is in Arkansas. If you are driving north on State Line Avenue, which runs through the downtown area, you're in Arkansas and if you are going south on State Line, you're in Texas. I live on the Texas side.
