Default Hello! New quilter & new to the Quilting Board

Hi, everyone! My name is Mary & and I'm from the great state of Oklahoma! I've been quilting for little over a year now and have just started my 3rd quilt top. It's a combination of "Rosebud" and "Magic Card Trick" blocks.

My first quilt was a "Tossed 9-Patch". I enrolled in a class at a local quilt shop and got started. I joined a local quilt guild around the same time and participated in the Block of the Month program which led to the completion of my 2nd quilt top - a "Sampler" quilt for which I created a variation on Labyrinth center. I'll post a pic when it comes back from the long-arm lady.

I guess my skill level is intermediate because that's what some of the patterns I've worked on say the skill level is??? LOL!

I've recently enrolled in a needle-turn applique class and I'm having a great time learning that!

Would like input on how to get the most of this board? SO much to see & read...where do I begin?
Thanks for the input - looking forward to making new quilting friends here!

Hello Mary and welcome to the board, from New Hampshire. There is a lot to see here and activities to participate in- I guess it all depends on your time commitments and your interests. I like to get inspired by the quilts in the Pictures section.
