Hello from Oregon!

Hello from another Oregonian. Lived in K Falls during college days.
Now I am West of Portland halfway to the beach.
Your projects are BEAUTIFUL! I am just finishing my second quilt. I started sewing at 8 or 9 and was in 4H and Home Ec. (When they still taught that). That should give you a guess at my age!
I have made wedding and prom dresses along with other everyday clothes and now I am trying quilting. Thanks for the inspiration! More pictures Please!.

Too funny! My dad had white Jams with big red flowers!!! Memories from childhood are fun for me to revisit.
Beavercreek Oregon is between Estacada, Molalla & Oregon City. Just a little blink on the map. Very rural (so far) with a lot Christmas tree farms, Timberland & farmland.

Thank you Carrie....the Cathedral Window(CW) bags are my own creation, but the technique of making the CW is a technique I learned from a pattern....I just incorporated the completed piece into the bag. I have made SEVERAL of them and sold them for $75 each.
The bags are large enough to carry a quilting project in easily. I love doing both... the CW's and the bags. I have learned to adapt my bag pattern to any size needed.....in other words, I can take any size panel or UFO/Orphan block and make a bag out of it!
I teach classes locally for both.
