I'm just southwest of Rochester, in Caledonia.
If you get the opportunity, try to get to the North Chili Quilt show in September....I don't have the info right here at my PC, but I can get it for you. I believe it is 9/23 & 9/24.

I am meeting another Rochester lady next week, hopefully.
A family member has had a heart attack, so we shall see. She may have to leave town.
Are you familiar with Jackies fabics, on E Ridge Road? That is where we are planning on meeting then on to lunch after we worked up our appitites shopping!
My name is Dawn Taylor, and I am a beginner to quilting. I always did panels for baby quilts, sewed panel and fabric facing together with batting then, turned and tied. I am branching out. I am currently still working on a wall hanging although it is a panel I am doing a stitch in the sitch in areas.
I was in East Rochester today @ Patricias got some fabric and a ruler. I ordered a special ruler to make an Irish wedding ring quilt. My dream quilt of all! It will be so easy with the new gizamo.

I was just re-reading some of the welcomes I got and thought I should reply. thanks for the welcome. I see that Dawn talked to you too. Dawn, myself and another member on the board met at Jackie's last Thursday and then went and had a bite to eat. Hopefully, one of these days, a group of us can meet. I have gone to the quilt show in Chili, but won't be there this year as I am having hip replacement surgery on Sept. 12, but hopefully, one day, we can all get together. There is another woman who lives in Greece who would like to join us.
Have to run for now. Hopefully, one day we will meet.
