Hello from snowy Colorado

Hi Everyone,
I've been lurking for a while, even responded to a few posts lately. Figured it was time to introduce myself. I've only been quilting seriously for the last few years. So far block quilts, many samplers, some bed size, wall size. My favorite line is Kansas Troubles fabrics by Moda, but my fav color is purple.
I'm happily married, now 24 years to a very supportive guy, who occasionally offers his quilty opinions to me. He's even designed his own "boot" block.
We are both retired due to health issues so now have more time to enjoy our family which includes 6 grandchildren, ages 6 months to 16 years. We live in the mountains and enjoy the snow we're finally getting today. The bears were already seen out - hope this snow and cold puts 'em back to bed!
Happy quilting,
Karla
