Found this website just searching the web this morning. I have been quilting off and on since 1986. Last year I bought a new Elna 7300 sewing machine to replace my aging Elna SU. To justify the expense I decided I would make quilts for my 3 children 4 grand children and finish a king size double wedding ring quilt (AKA the quilt from hell!) I started 15 years ago. The attached photo is of the "Kingyo" quilt top which is now finished and on it's way to my son and his wife.

Welcome from British Columbia. This is a great site - I've learned lots and everyone is friendly and helpful. I'd love to see your wedding ring quilt when you get it finished. I started one 25 years ago and finally threw it all out last year. It was a beginners quilting class I took. That was a joke!! I didn't even know how to cut out templates accurately!
