Hello from Texas
Hello everyone. My name is Debbie and I live in San Antonio, TX. I started sewing when I was about 10 years old. My step-mom taught me and I've sewn off and on for the last 35 years. I mainly made garments for my daughter and I.
About 16 years ago, I took my first hand quilting class and decided handwork was not for me. I much prefer machine piecing and quilting. So far, I've only made 4 quilts (1 baby, 2 full sized and 1 king). I'm currently making a denim rag quilt for my daughter and have plans (and fabric) for at least 6 more.
I've been lurking on this board for awhile and decided to introduce myself. I've enjoyed researching information on machines and quilt patterns. There is tons of information on here and many helpful people. I look forward to learning much more.
