Welcome to the board from another Texan. I'm in south Texas. This board is like a quilt guild. You can show and tell in the picture section and get praise and encouragement. Ask questions in the main section. Participate in swaps and round robins. It has a great tutorial section. And we have something that most guilds don't have, Men quilters. They do awesome work. Hi Emmie. Welcome. I'm in East Texas. Bet if you looked you could find a guild somewhere around there. Do you have any local quilt shops? They could help..

Wow! Cutebuns...is it as snowy and cold there as it was at my family's home in Ste. Damas? I remember they had a second story entrance for the winter cuz it snowed so much!
