Sounds like the best type of loan. I wouldn't ever suggest you sell your 301, they are too valuable. I have two myself and love them. A 301 weighs 16 pounds and a FW weighs 11 pounds, making it nice for toting to class. Your Aunt lent you a wonderful machine!

Hello from Long Island, New York. I have been quilting for one year and I love it. I have never been to a class so the internet, YouTube and this forum have given me a lot of ideas, incentive and support. Are you making anything for the little one? We would love to see pics!

As soon as I decide on a pattern and colors/fabric(s) I'll be making something. I'm in the process of final assembly for my son's top. My husband wants one, and my daughter wants a bigger one. I think she's going to have to wait. The first quilt I ever made, I made for her. She still loves it, and has had it for 2 years now.

I'm having problems setting up an album here, most of my pictures are too big, so I set up an album on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/melissa.bea...3100705&type=3

I was having that problem until someone recommended http://www.picmonkey.com/ It is free and works really well for downsizing photos to post on this board.

Welcome from NC and congrats on the future addition. I have a son who lives in Seattle and a former neighbor too. You will get lots of good advice on anything you need to know here on the QB.

You are a very busy lady. I hope that quilting brings you some relaxation. Welcome from Colorado!
