Hi and welcome from sunny Nevada! Good for you for keeping up your sewing and quilting despite the challenges. My children have no special challenges, and it is still hard to find time for sewing and quilting. Good for you for reaching out for support!
Have you thought about getting a carrying case for your sewing machine? Something on wheels like the kinds of roller boards they carry onto planes? There are some made just for sewing machines, and they are just awesome for toting your sewing machine around.
