    Welcome, I was a Navy wife and Navy vet myself. The board is an awesome place, enjoy.

    Thank you for your husband's service for all of us....and thank you also.

    Where in NJ are you stationed? My hubby (a vet) worked as a civilian at Ft. Monmouth.....We are also rather close to Fort Dix/McGuire AF base.

    Keep the stitches going..helps with the waiting.

    charlie, in years of working.......visited Picatinny often.

    One of the places the good old Gov't. would send him.......

    now, in retirement, we go only to where we desire..like Atlantic City for those day trips.

    He will be retired 25 years come June.....aren't we the lucky ones.......he's almost retired as long as he worked !!!!!!!!!!!!
