Hi and welcome from North Carolina. I have a Pfaff Hobby 1200 Grandquilter also. It is a workhorse and likes to be oiled often! It has a 9 inch throat area, only straight stitches, has several high speeds, has a button for cutting the thread, and has the needle up or down function. Good luck with finding just the one you want.
