Welcome to the forums! I'm in the Seattle area so one of the longest diagonal lines possible in the lower 48. One of my on-line friends I actually met playing a game, like you she had sewn but not really quilted and once retired decided to start. Like you she is in Florida. I am amazed at what she was able to do as a fresh quilter but some of us just take to the idea of cutting apart perfect good fabric just to put it back together again.
I was a solitary quilter for most of my life, the internet is such a wonderful thing and we can share our triumphs as well as our trials... but we are here whether to admire or help or just understand.

Welcome to the QB from SE Michigan! You have come to the right place to share and learn all kinds of quilting things. Jump right in with questions or just to share what you are working on. There is always someone that can help you along. Again welcome to the QB.

I am in Palmetto Fl, on the south end of Tampa. Live a block off the river, great to walk the dog and myself. See so many critters on and around the river, great photos. I am lucky when I walk the bridge, to see the sun rise and sun set, great photos too.
