hi I'm new here
Hi everyone! Everytime I search for an answer to a quilting question I wind up on a thread here, so I thought I would finally join.
I am new to quilting as well, other than a much loved and since disintegrated quilt that I made for my youngest daughter 16 years ago. Piecing is teaching me to be more precise.
I sew on a 1926 Singer 99K, but I don't currently have a machine that will free motion, so I am saving up to buy something new that will do the trick. I did have a machine capable of FM, and I loved quilting that way, but alas that machine bit the dust.
I could go on and on, but I think that will suffice for now. Glad to be here!
