Welcome!!! I'm fairly new to Quilting Board too but I have to say this is a great bunch of people! I've learned so much in the few months I've been a member!
I live in northern IN but have a cousin in Mooresville. This is OT but is Gray Brothers still in business? Might need to make a trip south if they are! YUM!

Hello from me in Georgia. Congrats on your new baby...the sewing machine. I can feel your excitement for I well remember how I felt without mine for a long time when I lived overseas. The idiot packers "misplaced" mine...hmm..possiably sticky fingers? anyway I still hand pieced quilts(plus I hand quilt),as well as having to make my own templates/cut the cloth with scisors. I finally bought a used sewing machine from a sweet German lady. Oh, you are going to have so much fun.
