Thanks for making me feel so welcome! I have lived here in Houma, LA for almost 10 years. I am originally from Crawfordsville, IN. I love it down here though (no snow) hehe

Well, you must know about the little quilt shop in Houma. One of the QBers in your area was telling me about it. Don't remember the name of it off hand, but I could look it up.

Have you been to the Quilt Niche? It's a neat little shop I've been to on a Shop Hop.

Yes I've been to the Quilting Niche, it's a nice place. There's also a couple other places in the area. One in Morgan City called the Quilting Cupboard, & one in Cut Off called Meemaw's Sewing Room. They are really nice and affordable :o)
