Hi from the newbie

Hiya! I am hippiemom. I am from Houston, TX. I have one son, two dogs, and a cat. My had a lot of fabric gifted to me by a friend of mine and decided to get into quilting to relieve boredom. I know, it is hard to be bored with a full house, but I do sometimes get a spare minute when I need something to keep me occupied. My husband is a truck driver and he is gone a lot. I love to do all kinds of arts and crafts including crochet, knitting, and needlework.
